I don't think we were ever going to that next level with him but he was a heck of a coach and I have all the respect for him and he's a great personality. You can't really hate him that much.
I like BP a lot but do not wish he was still in Dallas. If he were here as a GM or even a consultant, his views on how the game should be played would interfere with Garret and Phillips philosophy.
