In making this Statement do you think Wade Phillips will be the Head Coach of the Dallas Cowboys in 2010? This is just Yes or No with your opinion on who would replace him if Jerry makes a move next offseason.

He is not coming back next season. he is here because there is nobody out there to run this defense. The defense played pretty well at times last year and it was expected to this season.

The way the defense is playing now its a foregone conclusion wade is not coming back.

As far as replacing him, who knows. I would be willing to bet the guy standing next to him is a better head coach but with jerry he will always get flashy.

I think Wade is a good coach as for being here next year that depends on how we do this year. We just finised week 2 with 14 more weeks to go.

Sorry this is a stupid post, just say you don't like Wade and want a different coach because this is very easy to see this is just yet another thread to start up a bash Wade post. Instead of the over reaction use a bit of common sense and at least relize that 2 games does not make a season if at the end of the year the Cowboys do not make it to post season then odds are great he will be fired on the other hand if this team does well and goes into the post season and does well he has a good chance of remaining.

Let me explain something to you Doomsday, this is not a stupid post and to start with you say it's only Week 2 however this went on last season too or did you forget this. Do you remember everyone speculating Wade being canned this past offseason and to the surprise of many hes baaaack. I'm not a Wade hater and to be honest would love for him to suceed, but I've seen too many times the lack of killer instinct on this Football team which in my views is a reflection of your Coacing Staff. Wade is a defensive guru and in the first two games our Defense has stunk, we are giving up way too many yards and there is no QB pressure from this Defense.

The main reason Wade Phillips was hired was to fix the ailing 3-4 Defense.

I'm looking at NFL.com and I am still shocked that the Giants had 2 receivers catch 10 receptions and go for over 130 yards.

Again, Jerry Jones not offering Wade Phillips a contract extension tells you everything you need to know.

Wade Phillips is 0-4 lifetime in the Playoffs, there is very little reason to believe he can ever get the Monkey off of his back.

Wade Phillips got a ton of praise last year when the Defense went on an absolute tear in the mid-late portion of the Season.

As a matter of fact, alot of people felt there would be more questions on Offense.

i dont know how you see that.....they had 8 men in the box and we still ran it up there throats....
2 tight end sets and all......we had them all we had to do is run the frikin ball....who care about stats.....or trying to impress the crowd.....dink and dunks....even a screen pass would of surfice....but NO.....GARRETT has to call stupid bombs.....
