I don't know. Dallas seems to quietly let their coaches know they're unwanted, and then sits there playing dead for two weeks while they're somehow making plans quietly in the background. Then they come up with a couple of head-scratchers.

The thing that I thought was strange was Jerry saying, ‘we certainly want to keep both coordinators’. They’re both under contract so why would there be any doubt? I don’t know, I thought it was odd wording

WR, QB, and OL all regressed. At least the defense improved as the year went on.

WR, QB and O line regressing are all directly tied to each other. Free and Leary leaving had a much bigger impact than most thought. As a result, Dak was under pressure more and his glaring flaws were exposed which led to the receivers production going down. Couple that with Dez being Dez, dropping balls, no separation, lousy routes, etc and that’s what happens.

to me they just didn't go far enough and get rid of enough coaches should of started over completely its time of course jones and son has no idea what they are doing or what a plan is and garrett is so lost

Yes, Garrett will have no one to blame or no where to hide after 2018 he will have to put up or get out.

Problem is we replace the wrong coach(es), Sean Payton, Tony Sparano, Wade Phillips, Bill Callahan and continue to do so. Time for Garrett to go.

I'm not sure how the Cowboys could deny him to talk to the Niners about a D-Coordinator position since it's not a lateral move. If he did make a lateral move to the Patriots or any other team, then it goes along with what I've been saying...the coaches don't want to fall on the sword for Garrett, Linehan and Marinelli. Can't say that I blame them either.

We're never ever going to have a decent coaching staff unless JG leaves or gets fired. Which won't happen anytime soon. So uhh we're screwed.

Need to hire a Head Coach and let him put his staff together and stop hand picking assistant coaches.
