In my opinion, Jerry will not fire Wade or Garrett. He knows that the next coach has to be someone like BP. The next coach will want to have Jimmy Johnson power. Jerry will never let that happen again...ie Al Davis.

Why not?

He hired BP. It was BP who decided to hang it up.

I don't see why JJ wouldn't hire a strong, respectable HC.

People can blame the coaches, the players the staff, but the fact is that the biggest problem with the Cowboys is Jerry Jones. Some have called T.O. a cancer, but the real and biggest cancer to this team is Jerry Jones. Make no mistake about it.

I wouldn't be suprised if Jerry keeps Wade.

Well, maybe I would be. But the real question is that who would come in here if wade was fired. It was supposed to be Garret. If that happens, we are worse off imo.

If you're right, there's not much reason to follow the team. They have no shot to succeed.

No one in the BP caliber to hire a part from the over hyped Bill Cowher.

He'll have to go for Rex Ryan or Marty Shottenheimer if he doesn't stick with Wade and Garrett.

If we had been REMOTELY competitive today I would tend to agree. This was an embarrassment to Jerry on such a monumental level that I think he'll just absolutely lose it in the locker room.

Wade is not a Disciplinarian, Garrett is not the Offensive Guru we thought he was, and Stewart is a Defensive Coordinator in title only. Add to that the fact that our secondary has NO IDEA how to play, and we need a major overhaul in the coaching ranks.

This is like the All-Star team that simply sucks.

PREDICTION:

Jerry will write this year off to one lost to injuries,,,a season that could have been. He will not make any meaningful changes.

if your prediction is true we will have another 9-7 or 10-6 year and we will not last past the first week of the playoffs.

You must be joking. I bet JJ has already asked for some numbers to specific coaches around the league.

What if you had spent all the money for the last 5 years?? How would you feel if you owned this team??

I would be way past pissed off. Somebody's head will roll. Bank it

I hope you are correct. But Jerry thinks he is a football man and that he has assembled a great team, talent wish. Until he opens his eyes, no changes are forthcoming. We may turn into the Oakland Raiders of the NFC.

I think Wade is gone. I didn't think so before the game today. Don't get me wrong, I've not been overly pleased with Wade but I thought he was probably safe. Now, IMO, the whole Romo 4th down thing illustrates why Wade will be gone. Right or wrong, people are going to look at that situation and come to the conclusion that Wade is not in control, which may or may not be correct, but that's how it will play out. Myself, I don't think there was any control out there today. Romo should never have waived that punt team off, regardless of if punting was the right thing to do or not. The QB should not be running the show. The head coach should be doing that and IMO, once the press gets this angle together, they are going to hammer Jerry for it. I think Wade is gone.

Jerry Jones needs to fire himself. Have his son be the GM for all I care. I know that I cannot continue to follow this team as long as Jerrah's in charge. It will be the same result year after year because we're doing it Jerrah's way.

They can all kiss my ***.

It would have been really amusing if in one of the shots of Jones in the suite, he'd been on a cellphone.

But we aren't that lucky...

As I mentioned Jerry knows a new coach will want control of this team. He basically just told all of us he will never let that happen again. Wade is my type of coach.
