It doesn’t matter who the head coach or OC is as long as Dak’s under center.

Dallas needs a mean head coach. They can not thrive under another soft head coach.

Im not sure of that.. but maybe I could be convinced.

I dont want to sound like an old man yelling "get off my lawn".. but

Im not sure that Parcells type HC's would work anymore.. these kids seem to need to be told how great they are.. how special they are.

Maybe we need a "Dan Quinn" type coach that players love to play for.

A mean head coach with soft players and Jerry cuddling is not a very good combination.
I'm not a psychologist, and even I know this would be recipe for disaster.

Coagulated 'no' from me

I don't trust Parsons, CeeDee nor Diggs around a mean Coach. Once one of the popular players starts griping about the coach....the locker room turns into a tire fire

Jerry prioritizes people he has a relationship with or people with past HC experience.

Given those are the factors the top 3 candidates are

1) Vrabel
2) Aaron Glenn
3) Lincoln Riley

I think Belichick is going to the Giants so he’s not listed.

Vrabel is the only one I’d want. Glenn’s defense hasn’t been that impressive. Riley hasn’t shown a capability to field a defense.
