Believe it or not, when I was a young coach I thought it was all about the talent. When I became a varsity assistant and then a HC a few months later, I saw first hand how important coaching is. Not just schematic wise, but in all phases, motivation, inspiration, .keeping them focused etc. You are right, it matters a lot!!

Pederson has some Coughlin in him. They might screw around for a bit but when the chips are down, they just thrive. Coughlin down SBs that way.

Now where are the folks who love Sean Payton? He shut down his team in week 17 and they look flat as can be today. Will Brees rally the troops and bail him out?
