    Not even close.

    W/o Edlemann, Pats could easily have lost that super bowl. He was the primary factor in controlling the clock and limiting the O drives of the Rams. Give the Rams more possessions and less time between possessions, and they might've gotten untracked.

    I don't have problems w/ the D players we've taken, it's the ones we haven't taken, the ones we've passed up that hurts us so badly.

    Among the playoff teams talent level is close enough that Belicheat would have any of those teams in the Super Bowl within 2 years!!

    The league is still all about talent if your last name isn’t Belichick.

    It isn’t, though. There’s a clear talent differential among playoff teams.

    And again, Belichick is the exception that proves the rule. There’s never been a coach as good as he is on any team in the history of the league. And he’s got a generational QB there, as well.

    It's still about talent w/ Belly, just in areas people aren't used to paying attention to. Think about it, best slot WR in the game, best FB in the game, best receiving RB in the game, and top 5 OL.
