There were some questionable use of timeouts and lack of urgency when it was time for the hurry up. They wasted a lot of time on that drive right at the end of the half.

Huh? We scored with 20 seconds left. And that's only because it was a first down play. If we missed that first pass, more time runs off and they get the ball back (after a 2-point) with 10-15 seconds left and we likely go into overtime.

I agree but I think that is nitpicking. We certainly could have scored without burning a timeout on our last TD in the second half had we been more efficient. Nonetheless, you have to evaluate the coaching performance overall and I thought they called a good game. Romo obviously struggled but that's not the coach's fault.

Dallas was making sure not to get in a hurry, they had ample time with 3 timeouts and getting the play right was more important than doing it fast.

I am really getting tired of these self called "realist" picking on everything that went wrong last night.

The O stunk last night ...... we get it ..... stop trying to be the "voice of realism"

So if we score with over 2 mins left, and kick the ball to buffalo and they get down into FG rage, then what?

You'll be asking why we left so much time on the clock. The team was playing for OT. Run all the time off the clock as possible get the TD and the two and go into OT.

It wasn't a coaching mistake. Stay on the couch and enjoy the victory. Cause you definaltly don't belong on the sidelines

that was the whole point. To score and burn the clock.

It does bother me that they let 9 seconds run off the clock at the end of the second half before finally deciding to call a time out. Those kind of mistakes can come back to bite you in the butt.

the order of the factors wont alter the end product: we scored at the end of the half to cut it to a seven point game. a game where we turned the ball over 4 times by then. i was grateful to see it that close.

Romo's 5 picks, and Fumble can come back to bite you in the butt, but we still won.

I know but against good teams you have to limit your mistakes and give yourself the best chance possible to win. Time management at the end of each half is important.
