Coaching Needs to be Changed !!!

I'm frustrated with this Coaching Staff and NO I don't want to hear that Wade & Jason are not the ones throwing the ball, catching passes and running the ball but THEY are the ones that are suppose to prepare the Team. Topping it off a Team plays as a reflection of their Coach and that's exactly what is happening. This Team lacks fire and drive, they play just like Wade looks in his Press Conference....NO FIRE, NO DRIVE and acts like hes just going through the MOTIONS and collecting paychecks. EVERYONE of these Coaches need to be **** canned including DeCamillis who's Special Teams has sucked all year long. He was involved in something that truly showed me he lacked something this past Offseason. If you are wondering what that might be.....it's this. You have a Kicker that leads the NFL in Touchbacks forcing Teams to start off at their 20 Yard Line, letting no long returns against them. You have this Kicker start directional Kicking more and have him become your primary FG Kicker rather than staying with what you got with the Touchbacks and they make the decision to cut Folk which maybe we would have done the same thing but I would sign a Kicker like Stovar to become primary FG Kicker and leave Bueller to doing what he did GREAT last season but NO they have to get cute and change what is working and screw two Categories to hell and back with Touchbacks and potential FG Kicking. In my view this was idiotic and foolish. This entire Coaching Staff needs to be changed and I'll go one step further and say this.....they need to focus next Offseason via the Draft or Free Agency in rebuilding this OL and find a #1 Runningback that can carry 20 times and receive out of the backfield and I trully don't believe the answer is Barber or Felix Jones. Maybe a change in Coaching can do more with these guy's but until the Coaches are Changed what you see is what you get.
