Would this coaching duo be good in Dallas?

Charlie Weis has head coach and Romeo Crennel as assistant head coach.

I know Charlie was not consistent at ND, but they did well under BB. I believe they could gel this team. Just another thought.

If Jason is not head coach. This duo would be a solid option. I just do not trust JJ to bring in a big name coach.
