CBS Sports' Rob Rang notes that in the big win against Texas A&M, Mississippi senior S Cody Prewitt "showed off the range, ball skills and physicality scouts are looking for in today's safeties," while calling him this years "Deone Bucannon."
"This year's version (Deone Bucannon) could be Mississippi's Cody Prewitt, who at 6-foot-2, 212 pounds is built very similarly to Bucannon (6-foot-1, 211) and in the big win against Texas A&M, he showed off the range, ball skills and physicality scouts are looking for in today's safeties," Rang wrote.
