Shocking. He left the Bills and his teammates and ownership liked him and Bills fans didn't talk crap.

Funny if he was party to a murder or had a domestic violence history or killed someone driving drunk his return would be celebrated by many here.

But God forbid he unretire when a former team wants him back

Everybody on this board trashes the organization but somehow we are mad when ex-players say what we say?

in guys cases like cole and randy, absolutely. we pay the organization money, they get paid by the organization. also we're caught in the larger net of ex player criticisms.

Employees aren't allowed to say bad things about ownership? I would say they have more of stake in it than you do.

Wage slave mentality.

Even DeMarcus Ware compared Dallas unfavorably to his new team in Denver regarding how they go about things. Wanna trash him too?

right, and we.... knew your story? just applying context. your point was misguided

My point is there is a trend of players who leave here, trash the organization, but don't do it with other organizations. There is a bit of a pattern there.

The fact that fans, who trash Jones constantly, then simp for him in these moments tells you how braindead this fan base is (Yes, that includes you)

You're being dense. We spend money on futility for majority of our lives with this club. We are obviously going to criticize and trash them. Certain players who almost quit football, were encouraged to come back and had their entire lives and futures changed due to the organization and the opportunities given could stand to be more gracious... yes.

Probably. Because apparently former employees need to keep their mouths shut, even though they had more on the line than fans who have Dorito crumbs on their shirt every Sunday while in front of the TV.

I've never simped for Jerry Jones a moment in my life. Cole is a moron though, and the way he left rubbed me wrong. Not because he slighted Jerry. You made a dumb comment and point. Sorry for pointing it out.

I said SOME, and gave examples. Demarcus Ware has earned the right to do and say anything he likes lol. (I'd need to see specifically what you're referring to though, because I've never seen him speak poorly about Dallas)

No, I'm not being dense. I got your initial grug take - it's wasn't that deep.

Fans, because they stupidly overpay for Sunday ticket, have more of a say than players who have to directly deal with ownership. This might surprise you: In every company, there isn't just customer support, there are entire departments dedicated to listening to employees as well. Sometimes those employees and their disgruntlement is what actually shakes up a company and makes changes.

It's no different in the NFL. You don't OWE anything to an organization, especially if you feel slighted. The NFL would toss you on your butt if it meant they could make a better profit.
