they released an hour long video to the court..im guessing it has the driving on it. You dont have to like the police you really dont even have to be cordial (I would it does help) but you do have to listen to them, I'm not sure where this new found "I dont have to do what you say" has come from

Paying of the victims had nothing to do with a crime. The DA decided not to prosecute. It’s a he said/she said case. Almost impossible to prove. He payed so little money to keep the victims quiet. It was a total money grab in my opinion.

I'll say it again, Cowherd is not a reporter nor an analyst. He is a talking head who says things to get ratings and has no goal to be honest or accurate in his ramblings.
