Oh he can, but for that to happen you need to pay Dak, 1 million a year and go out and assemble a great roster.

The thing that scares me the most is that coaches are telling Dak it's not his fault...like I hope Dak doesn't truly believe he isn't a big part of our issues. He just doesn't know how to read a football field very well. That's huge at this level and I feel coaches need to tell him that he needs to learn what defenses are trying to do if we want to do anything in the playoffs.

Cowherd needs to learn his facts, Dak didn’t receive any MVP votes his rookie year. He’s right about Amari Cooper. The Cowboys WR group hasn’t been as good since he left. Losing Dalton Schultz has hurt. Ferguson has been pretty good but he’s not the security blanket Schultz was for Dak. Dak has been good with the lead but folds when he has to play from behind, especially with this new dink and dunk offense that lacks explosiveness.

THIS HAS BEEN THE PROBLEM ALL ALONG!!!!!!!!!!!! When the Owner/GM is hellbent on proving he's a legitimate talent evaluator and does NOT answer to ANYONE, he controls the narrative and continues to make the fans suffer for his ineptitude - had Dak faced ANY legit competition for his job the last 7 years, maybe he would've truly recognized his flaws and worked on them. But, Dak is essentially family at this point...Jerry will sacrifice anything to prove himself right.

I don't think it would work then either. No matter how good your roster is at some point it will come down to your QB to have to get it done.
