Isn't that true of every QB since the game was invented and won't it be true for every QB until the game is no longer played? Has there ever been a QB who's OL didn't block well and who committed too many turnovers and still found regular success? Will there ever be one that does?

I have always liked Dak, but I'm a Cowboys fan first and foremost. Colin NAILS this one. Dalton isn't elite, but neither is Dak. I'd still take Dak over Dalton if healthy, but these 2 are very close in overall skill.

He is a tremendous asset to have to step in with Dak going down, and there should be no expectation of a collapse the way there was when Weeden stepped in for Romo. I was glad we were able to sign him, and glad to have him as the guy to step in and step up now.

The comparison of Teddy to Brees is laughable, because Brees was already 40 years old and declining. Dak's best is still ahead of him.

I don't know about "very close" but I agree Dalton should be good enough to win some games.. but neither of them was going to win many games if the defense keeps playing like they are social distancing from the other team's offense. The fact that the money line swing from Cowboys by 3 to Cardinals by 3 after Dak went out tells you what Vegas thinks the difference is. Vegas isn't always right.. but those huge casinos don't exist because they're always wrong..
