I really have to give it to everyone involved on a coaching level right now. They really have the Cowboys dialed in. I told one of the other guys on the trip yesterday morning that the key in the game would be Felix. If Felix could get that corner it would open things up for everything else. Well... He got the corner and some!!
I'm sure you all remember our conversations on this board about "balance" between pass and run. Well, the team has achieved that balance every week now for the past 5 weeks. Screw those pass happy offenses... As stated before, it's about establishing the run and setting up the pass. I doubt there will be any opposition to that opinion this time around.
Congrats to Wade, Jerry, Red, and everyone else involved in finally bringing this talent together onto one page. Wade appears to have acquitted himself quite nicely and we finally shook that playoff win monkey!!! YEAH! We're not done yet. One game at a time... That's the way this team operates nowadays and I absolutely love it!
