This could be very interesting to watch. I frankly am amazed Deion has done so well as a coach so far; but this is a big step up in all ways.

I expect he does a good job there.
Now that they have relaxed transfer rules to move into this century it should be a solid program.
Say what you want about Deion but he brings the entertainment.
Colorado is one to watch in the new Pac 12.

Entertainment is not whats important; thought I know all too many think so. Building a strong program and a continual contender is what is important

It’s near impossible to win in Colo . Colo St maybe . Arizona State would have been a better fit . SMU in the heart ❤️ Of Dallas would have been a natural .

Colorado had a really good run when I was younger. That is a sleeping giant if they get a recruiter in place.
Very winnable P5 league, lots of resources and dollars.
45 mins outside a growing and popular city with flights all over.
It is a total gut and rebuild job but Deion makes sense for that effort because he can transfer in a lot of help right now and also add major HS commits.
But again he wont stay there long IMO.
Soon as Florida or FSU come calling he is gone.

A mere pit stop until FSU opens up.
Agreed.
I believe had FSU won 2 less games this year Deion returns to JSU for one more season but with the FSU success he decided to move on.
I believe he wants his son QB'ing a P5 team even more than he wants 5M a year.

Pretty exciting, I went to CU and the previous President didn't give a crap about the football team.

Nice to see that isn't the case with the current President and come on it is Deion. Should help with recruiting.

I am sure it won't be a long stop, but hoping he can get the ship headed in the right direction.

With the NIL and the portal, it's crazy how fast a team can change overnight.

Now we just need Colorado, Az, Az st and Utah to migrate to the big 12:D
exactly!!!
I am somewhat hopeful the P12 blocks UCLA to B1G then B1G gets mad and takes Stanford, Wash and Oregon instead just to damage the league.
Big 12 would immediately offer ASU, Ariz, Colo, Utah.

For this reason, if I were P12 I'd stop grandstanding about UCLA and cut my losses and move on.

They did but I think it is a way better gig at Colorado.

Deion can go be the best recruiter in that conference with USC leaving.
He can build a real power there over a couple seasons that he can ride until he gets a Dream job type gig.
