Colorado State TE Crockett Gilmore visited the Patriots last week, reports draft insider Tony Pauline.
Gilmore could be a good depth fit who the New England staff could get creative with almost immediately. He's huge (6-foot-6, 255 pounds), can move (4.78 forty), and is a lauded blocker. In fact, Pauline last month reported that some people think he'll eventually grow into becoming an offensive tackle.
