Heck I am sure even Mike Singletary would look better right now to us fans. Thats the state Cowboys fandom is in right now. When team is doing bad, everyone else doing even slightest thing better, is magnified. Thats just human nature. I think Shananhan coming here, would have been a big adjustment, since it would entire new system for Romo. Besides I have big issues with Shanahan being in control of personnel.

There is little doubt at this point that the Cowboys will be looking up at the entire division this year and maybe going forward as well.

Did you miss the 2009 special teams fiesta? Shanahan couldn't do much worse than that and we'd have a much better coached team to boot.

His team with a terrible roster is hanging with the Colts, while our team with the Super Bowl bound roster is giving games away.

Whatever the long term repercussions of Shannahan's personnel decisions in DC, it illustrates the difference between having a well coached, well prepared team vs. the slop we put on the field every week.
