Colts owner Jim Irsay has passed away

RIP Mr Irsay. Was a huge collector of guitars and many other items, had an Ali Championship belt too. Supposedly was offered over $1B for his collection.

Young for someone with no serious health issues like cancer.

Couldn't fight off his own demons, IMO, which created his early exit from this world.

Don't hate cause I out smart a billionaire.
I don't give a flip about Jerry. I've been a fan since i was in 3rd grade. Been through great seasons and bad....they're still my team and I don't like anyone missing on my team. I got in a few fights because of them over the years, we're very physical. That was a different time, coming on here and telling some to sthu is about the only thing I can do now. So, sthu!!! Lol

Yes, he had what is probably the most impressive collection of iconic R&R instruments on the planet. Below is a photo of me with my friend Russ Lease, who a few years back sold Mr. Irsay the logo drumhead Ringo Starr used on the Beatles "Ed Sullivan Show" on 2/9/1964 for a cool $2.125M.

He had health issues. He was found unresponsive and struggling to breathe at home and was taken to the hospital in December 2023, in addition to the DUI's and drug overdoses over the years. Those are very serious.

I don't want to speculate too much, but I feel like a lot of his issues were self inflicted.

I tend to agree with you. You can't do that to your body for a constant period of your life and expect to live very long.
