Looks like the Colts not the Clots are releasing their kicker Blankenship. This guy was pretty good playing for the Georgia Bulldogs. Should Dallas grab him for the practice squad or as a backup or can Dallas take on released players at this time. I'm only interested as I used to follow this guy as me being Bulldogs fan.

Who would have guessed. Maher is the best player on this team not named Parsons.

who cares about the blood clots

leave the Clots alone. Something bad can happen if you mess with the clots.

Interesting. Wonder if he never recovered from that hip injury or if it's mental a la Nick Folk here.

He's a good young kicker. I'd bring him in and sit him down with Dak and the head doctor daily 10a-noon for the next 4 weeks

Kicked the longest FG in Rose Bowl History and made every EP for the Bulldogs.
sweet, good job.

I saw a donkey in a Disney movie kick field goals. I hope we can get him too before he becomes glue. Might be too late, this was back in the seventies though.

we have much larger issues than talk about a kicker to the PS lmao

They dont mention what the MRI revealed nor was it mentioned in his Wikipedia. That could be a bad lingering injury thats on the back of his mind during every kick. I've got an FAI and an extensively torn labrum and I wont be kicking anything anymore. If there was a finding on the MRI, it could be career ending.

Maybe he hung in there just to get another payout rather than hanging up the cleets, I would have hung in there to give it another go if it meant getting more money.
