We are either going to lose him this time or he gets a raise with a promise of a promotion in the future.

I think there's a good chance Jerry compensates Quinn to stay where he already enjoys his role.
Maybe he does not like his cake job and wants the stress. I don't get it but some people do!

49ers assistant GM is turning down GM interviews b/c he wants to focus on the team. Quinn should do the same. Having an interview lined up w/ a team on an already short week of prep is a little weird.

Demaco Ryans has an interview with Denver Thursday and I believe Houston on Friday. Shanny explained that they have free time late Thursday where he can do it and get off early on Fridays.

Still I thought the NFL was going to do something about teams trying to interview playoff coaches. They need to wait. It's not like there's a huge stable of coaches to choose from this year.

I agree. If Denver really wants him they will wait.

It does seem as if he is going to go this time, especially if we win Sunday.

I’m with you I think it’s ridiculous, but apparently they do now via zoom when your in the playoffs, which is no different than FT someone on your off time. If he was flying to Denver I wouldn’t be happy and don’t think Jerry would be either. Having said all that I think he gets the Denver gig this go around.

Our coordinators are history I think. Quinn going to Indy or Denver and Moore going to Carolina.

I'm like 95% sure he's getting that Denver job. Wilson has apparently been saying good things about him behind the scenes. That's going to be a good job for him. I think Wilson just needs a little wake up call and the defense is already set.

I think all those gigs suck. Denver is strapped money wise and with Russ, and Carolina and Indy don’t have a QB.

I’ve seen nothing from Carolina about Moore other than the request.

Hopefully we win the SB and they can all leave and we won’t care just like Wandstadt, Norv, Butch Johnson etc

Money won’t be the reason he leaves if he does. It all comes down to does he want to be a head coach again. If he does leave I wonder if there’s anybody on staff we could promote.

Let Russ cook, is more like Russ is cooked. He just doesn’t have it anymore and is a cancer according to the Hawks organization and sports writers. They are stuck like Chuck with that salary and picks they gave away for him. I don’t see how DQ turns it around?

He’s really good friends with the GM, but that’s the same guy that passed you by for Nate Hackett. No thanks

Not sure I'd want to go to either place. Both have old QBs who looked old this year. I mean, at least the Colts have a top-five draft pick, but it's difficult to say whether a rookie QB is going to be ready for the game his first year. There are usually growing pains.

If I'm him, I only go someplace where the offense is established but the defense needs work.

No one on staff can take over. Look elsewhere. Joe Whitt will go with DQ to be his DC and George Edwards defense is boring and predictable just like Campo and Zimm. On offense they could give the reigns to Shottenheimer if Moore bolts
