I'm kinda interested in Ziggy Ansah's potential as a 3 tech, the way the Giants used Canty when he was healthy (or the way the Cowboys used Lett). He played everywhere along BYU's front, but I liked him most as the 3 tech. I see him getting into the 290-295 range as he fills out and develops. Let Marinelli work with this athletic specimen they way he worked on Melton.

I thought Ansah would run faster to be honest, but still a good time.

It's a shame that Hunt's triangle numbers don't correlate to on the field performance.

It's not clear to me why Ansah gets a pass from so many on this point but Hunt doesn't.

His primary positon at BYU was as a 5-tech (3-4 DE); although, as you indicated he moved around and played NT and OLB at times.

He could probably play the 3-tech in the NFL; however, I see him as a perfect fit as the Strong-Side DE.

I don't think he is a Weak-Side DE or 3-4 OLB as some people have indicated. He is better in more of a straight line to the QB. He does not bend the corner like a DeMarcus Ware or JJP type, IMO.

He played 3 tech quite a bit on nickel down and distance.

You and me both. And Hunt was actually more productive, on D and ST.
