Group 2 Quick Hits…
- James Madison’s Arthur Moats, Clemson’s Ricky Sapp, and Virginia Tech’s Jason Worilds really stood out in drills today. All three appeared fast and fluid.
- Among the larger interior prospects, LSU’s Al Woods and North Carolina’s Cam Thomas were two of the best on the field. Tennessee’s Dan Williams also put together a strong effort.
- In the match-up between two proverbial draft titans, Oklahoma’s Gerald McCoy won the battle over Nebraska’s Ndamukong Suh today.

- TFY has received word that defensive end EJ Wilson of North Carolina hurt his knee in the broad jump. It immediately swelled. He will not participate in the forty dash.
- Overall, a number of linemen looked good in their set of drills. LSU’s Rahim Alem was quick and moved well about the field. He looked particularly exceptional in linebacker drills. Ohio State’s Thaddeus Gibson was arguably the best of this particular grouping. The hybrid defender was solid during defensive line drills and stood out in linebacker drills. Meanwhile, USC’s Everson Griffen also appeared incredibly athletic.
