I would think that Jeanty goes between 6 and 20. It wouldn't surprise me if the Cowboys trade back. They do need to draft 2 backs and 2 dtackles.

I watched a number of his games. Iowa had no real offense but him so the defenses of the Big Ten were keying on him every game. What I saw was a player that would keep pounding away and where you down. I think that is exactly what we need

The guy is 6'1" at 227 lbs and run a 4.57 If you are looking for a pile driver that beats people up that's the guy. I wouldn't call him a 1st round pick, but if a team is looking for a guy to match with a quicker speedster Johnson is the perfect match.

If you truly believe Jeanty is special then it doesn't matter how deep the rest of the class is. If he's special you take him. If he's not special then you shouldn't have ever wanted to take him in the top 15 even if the class itself was thin.

So I don't understand that mindset. The depth of the class should have no bearing on whether you want to take Jeanty at 12.
