Anyone heard the status Portis and Haynesworth?

I haven't heard anything, but I'd bet after Westbrook's re-injury last week, that the Redsk*ns take extra care bringing Portis back... especially with Betts playing relatively well.

Haynesworth is just a big out of shape wussy who fakes injuries to give himself extra time off. He'll play but he'll take about 50% of the defensive snaps off.

Honestly, I prefer Betts to start and get the majority of the carries even if Portis does play. He had a good game behind a very shaky o-line against a top 5 team against the run. Betts > Portis at this point even if Portis didn't have the concussion.

I never even flinch anymore when Haynesworth goes down. I know he'll be back in a couple of plays. But I think he's playing about 80% of the snaps which is good for a DT.

Edit: it's actually 72.2%. Excluding the game against the Lions where he was carted off, it is 76.6%

Yeah we're beat up on offense, but it gives us a chance to take a closer look at a couple of players to see if they deserve a chance to stay with the team next year. Guys like Chad Rinehart and Levi Jones.
