Commanders are hosting WR Michael Gallup for a visit tomorrow

Some guys do not come back from injury. I absolutely respect the man for his grit. There is no question in my mind that he gave it all to be his best.
It is possible that the recovery took longer than usual to fully heal, both physically and mentally, for him, but he definitely has an uphill battle.

While I hope he doesn't play well against the Cowboys, I like Gallup and hope he finds a team and gets another chance to prove himself.

He's desperate to rejoin the league. There is zero reason to give him $200K SB.
I hear you, but I don't understand why the Cowboys would simply bring him in for a day or two, and work him out just to see if his body/injury has healed and if he has recovered his previous abilities or not?

1,000+ yards, 8+ TDs, and a trip to the Pro Bowl incoming...unless he's playing in the SB. You all know it's happening if he signs with the pig skins. :muttley:

They should have a better grasp on why he never came back "right". Would have been nice if the media would have found out. There is more to the story we never got.

I find this amusing all these positive posts,

if this was the Cowboys bringing him for a visit this would be on fire with, we like our guys, , he won't workout, he's a Jag ,he's on the downhill of his career, he's washed...

but in Washington apparently, he's going to be really good. lmao..:popcorn:.

Glad he may get a chance to continue to play the sport he loves. Maybe the year away from football was good for him physically and mentally.

I suspect he doesn't have much left in the tank, though.
He's a super cool guy and a passionate teammate. Always loved his interviews, especially when he was playing well.

Wish him the best. Gallup is my boy unless he's on the other team on Sundays.
