He isn't cognizant of much. He may not understand your correct explanation and think you are dissing his team. Be grateful you didn't mention a vegetable of some kind.Skinsmaniac;2289343 said:I'm pretty sure he's a fellow Commanders fan.:

on the other hand, would anyone be surprised of the skins were 0-3? i wouldnt. they are a team with a new, rookie HC and a new offensive system that everyone says takes years to learn.
i thought the D would be at least respectable, given the # of returning starters from last year. and so far they are playing pretty well vs some very potent competition.
the offense is playing much better than i thought they would play at this point. and i'm not a campbell hater- he excelled in a similar system his senior year at auburn. he seems to be picking things up quickly. moss is healthy, and when he's healthy he puts up big #'s as he did a few years ago here.
as for dallas, i think you all may be almost as good as advertised. vs philly, i thought your D had issues, but vs GB, they did away with those thoughts. the O is great. romo can be a loose cannon, but he makes up for it more often than not.
last year, while i was in lamaze classes with my wife :bang2: , the skins almost pulled one out at texas stadium. i think the team is confident, given its recent history vs dallas and the way they are playing right now.
do i think they'll win? i honestly think they have a shot. but i wont be surprised if they lose.

I will never understand you Skins fans and your whining that we believe in the Cowboys on a Cowboys themed forum. It really isn't that difficult a concept to grasp. Yet every week at least one of you is upset that we believe in our team. Get the hell over it already.riggo;2289398 said:yeah, i'm sure there have been individuals who have had their occasional doubts. and now that i think about it, these teams are really coming from 2 different perepectives. if the skins were 13-3 last year with that potent O and 13 pro bowlers (ok, small chuckle there. i mean, really.), and started off like they have, i'd probably think they would win just about every week as well.
the skins, on the other hand, are a team that has had to overcome some odds 2 of the last 3 years. they needed improbable winning streaks to overcome bad starts- not to mention the death of their best player. they are scrappy and i dont think they feel like they can't play with anyone. if this is the best division in football, given how they played last year- a play away from a win in every division game- maybe they should feel that way.
neither would I. in all frankness i think it will be one of those sob games you want soon to forget. i just have a feeling the Commanders wont be the cakewalk everyone thinks theyll be. hope im wrong and we cream em from the get goriggo;2289377 said:do i think they'll win? i honestly think they have a shot. but i wont be surprised if they lose.
