He's not a Ware caliber player. Never was. He had a terrific year the first year he was in Washington, but his play has been getting progressively worse. H.B. Blades came in and the defense didn't miss a beat.

Washington is a really good player, a nice piece to a defense, but he's not even in the same conversation as D-Ware.
