I have only read some of TR1's post, mainly just because I feel like I lose about half my brain cells just trying to figure out what hes trying to say, but from what I have read TR1 is the biggest hypocrite to say it was on injuries. Hes always talking trash about Cowboy fans using that excuse.

Seriously Commander fans, aren't you embarrassed to have a guy like TR1 and Bubba represent your fan base?

i think that dude wakes up thinking about Dallas...

Commanders are a solid football TEAM. they have a mix bag of "who" on the offensive and defensive lines but with good coaching and scheming they seem to cover up the deficiencies. they play with heart too unlike our boys. against superior defenses/high pressure defenses, the skins will struggle but at least their skins defensive didnt completely give up like ours... sigh.

We obviously threw the game so we'd continue to fly under the radar. After all, we dominated Philly who dominated Pittsburgh. Masterful strategy by Zorn. The plan is to follow the Giants blueprint of winning the SB via a wild card.

I think the problem the Commanders are going to run into down the road is that this offense can not handle high pressure defenses. It showed in the Giants game, and it showed against Pittsburgh.

Unless we figure out a way to get the ball out quicker, or get better blocking schemes up front on blitzes, this team is not going to push forward.

How did we manage to get close to 400 yards on Phillys defense then?

That was definately the problem for them last night and against the Rams.

If you watch the philly game, he got them out of their rythm early. By moving the ball on their blitzes early, they were forced to sit back more than normal for the rest of the game.

I would love to get the eagles blitz numbers for that game, because I believe it is way lower than what Jim Johnson usually likes to do.

And that has been a problem with this team dating back to Gibbs a couple years ago. For the last 6-7 years, we have had huge troubles once we reach the redzone. I don't know what it is, but it amazes me that we can't punch the ball into the endzone.

That's the way to beat them for sure. It helped Dallas on that Monday nighter, they hit a couple of good things on the blitz (I believe Owens 70+ yarder was on a blitz) and then the rest of the night it seemed like they had no choice but to be a little more conservative than they normally would.
