Commanders sign Furrey to bolster receiving corps

Seeking to bolster their receiving corps, the Commanders on Wednesday announced the signing of veteran wideout Mike Furrey. Terms of the deal were not revealed. In seven seasons, Furrey, 33, has 221 receptions for 2,298 yards and seven touchdowns. Source: washingtonpost.com

Totally agree. And the Jacobs thing too. I suppose you could inlcude Eli's "signature" as well though at least that one was behind closed doors. The Jobs & Furrey thing IMO was a desecration of our stadium which absolutely should not stand in the eyes of our team or the league office.

You can talk. You can dance. But its not right to deface the property.

He threw that ball at the star about 2 feet below one of the wheelchair section. Guy is a jerk. Who the hell is he to do that.

The star actually broke when he did that.

Its great that he is in washington, I can now hate him along with the team that signed him.

It would be nice if he made the team and someone gets a good shot on him in the opener.

and on that day the defense was too busy trying to figure out where it was!! I think the team as it is today would have a response to something like that, but at that point in 06 it was a complete mess.
