No risk move. If he screws up, cut him.
Funny, I told all the Commander fans that Hardy was no risk. Pay him only for the games he plays in and no money lost for cutting him at any time.
They all told me the risk was that he pollutes the locker room.
What's even funnier is that Hardy is known as a great team mate and one of the hardest working players in the league... and Galette was known for dogging it after getting paid and for taking some swings at team mates. One of his saints team mates said that Galette acted right just long enough to get paid and then stopped, lol. One team mate in New Orleans even said that Junior quit playing against the run entirely when he got paid. Said he only rushed the passer and didn't even try to anchor against the run.
Clearly Galette was loved by his team mates.
After paying him $17M over the past year, the Saints couldn't get rid of him fast enough.
In Carolina, players went to team management and asked them to bring Hardy back.
There are multiple instances of Galette swinging at guys and girls and getting into trouble.
Hardy didn't even have any fights with guys in his past. He had one incident when a crazed coke head chick came and tried to get money from him, and other than that, there is absolutely nothing on Hardy. One time.
The funniest thing of all though is that all the guys who told me Hardy in the locker room was a bad idea are now saying what a great move getting Galette was.
Just today, a Commanders fan on CPND posted this little golden nugget: "
Hardy is a scum bag, Galette, as I've said from the start is more a product of a rough lifestyle."
Yeah, he just wasn't brought up right. Not his fault and clearly a guy you want on your team.
You guys never cease to get us LOL'ing.
Best of all is that Hardy is a dominant player and Galette didn't play worth a **** last year.
