Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Washington Commanders have talked with the New York Jets about a trade involving the Jets franchise player, DL John Abraham. It is not known what the Jets are looking for in return, but it would certainly have to include a first-round draft choice.

And like boysfanindc already stated, they do not have a 1st to deal with. It would be interesting to see them attempt to make this trade happen though. They might be able to trade Arington and a 1st next year, but they will still have to work out a contract with Abraham because you know he wants a good deal too.
