Exactly. I want the Cowboys to win the NFC East by beating Tampa Bay tomorrow for their six win in seven games.

I don't want them to win it with an 8-8 record because the rest of the division sucks. Same result, yes, but with an "empty feeling".

Get in the any way you can. Can’t have a chance if you don’t

If we back in, then so be it. We deserve to be there even if other teams can’t take care of their own business. Even though we didn’t either. Don’t care how we get there, just get there.

For those that think otherwise just don’t get it.

I just think that there should be a sign of something positive to show that this team is going into the playoffs their strongest. Plus, I can tolerate Garrett for another season if we win the division, get in and make it past the first round and have a legitimate chance to make it to the NFC Championship game (Meaning the team is at least competitive with NO).

But, if we go 8-8 and Garrett keeps his job based off of us backing in, then I wouldn't be too happy with that, especially if this scenario plays out with a first round exit.
 
Winning our way is definitely preferable but it don't matter how you get there. The Commanders losing opens up more options which is what we should all be rooting for.
 
Any way Washington can get the 5 seed and we win division? Would love to face them w Josh Johnson
 
What’s with the yellow gloves the Commanders are wearing? Every play looks like there are 5 dogs on the field.

All of that is a mute point at that stage.
Yes win and go in on a high note. I get that.
All I am saying is get there no matter how it comes about,

Worrying about Garrett being here or not means nothing as there is no guarantee he will be fired if they even miss the playoffs.
If they do, I already came to the conclusion he will be given another year.
 
What if the Vikings paid all of that money for Cousins, just for them to get beat out by his old team and Josh Johnson for the wildcard playoff spot.:laugh:
 
Commanders are going to win, Eagles are going to win. So the Cowboys better win.
This backing into the playoffs is not going to happen. :laugh:
