And dont forget him sharing{knowingly}herpes with a female friend. What a great piece of humanity he is.

Wow. I actually forgot about Ron Mexico and his Herpes he liked to spread around. It pretty bad when you are such a lowlife and you have committed such terrible acts that I forgot about him distributing his nasty Herpes.

But hey PBJTime think he should be forgiven since he lost more money than other people who are dogfighters.

Poor vick. Maybe PBJTime can start up a collection for him. Start soliciting donations. Its not fair he lost that money.

Just to be correct folks, Mike Vick did not go to jail for dog fighting as much as he did for racketeering. He was operating contrary to the RICO laws of interstate gambling.

So it is not correct to say he served more and paid more than other dog killers. The death of dogs is only part of the charges he was guilty of.

No one will disagree with the notion that causing pain and death to humans is worse. IMO that is irrelevant to Mike Vick. He is not accused of that, nor is anyone who hates him for his barbaric acts accusing him of it or that killing dogs is worse.

That is a straw man argument to take focus away from what he actually did do.

I do not like Vick and I never will. He plays the game very well right now. He does it for the Eagles. I want him to fail miserably for that reason alone. The dog fighting just adds to my feelings.

if Jerry had signed him, would you root for him?

Every team had a right to Vick, and Andy Reid got him on a two year deal. He also quickly announced Vick was the starter before Kolb had even completed his first game. He then built the perfect offense for Vick's strenghts . No one knew Vick was going to be All Universe, but if there's any luck involved, it's luck Reid set himself up for.

Yes, I understand that, but because Reid took a chance on practically an "untouchable" (as posts in this thread have clearly shown), he gets credit?

It's not like Vick wasn't a guy with talent. He spent all of training camp anointing Kolb as the starter, until he realized he isn't very good and Vick came in because of an injury to him and led them to a victory.

Vick has always been a great talent, and everything that can go right, has gone right in this game. Reid is a great coach, no doubt, but I don't think he's done anything spectacular with Vick.

As impressive as their offense has been, their defense has been junk. Giving up 28 points to the Commanders, and a bunch of back up running backs at that.

I wouldnt cheer for Vick if he was a Cowboy. In fact I have loved the cowboys since 1982 but that would seriously make me no longer watch them. I couldnt start liking another team. But i would no longer be a fan of the Cowboys as long as Vick or Jerry had anything to do with the Cowboys. It would be impossible for me to get enjoyment from Vicks success.

Man I am glad that didnt happen.

A few of my eagles friends said the same thing. They all folded as soon as the eagles signed Vick. Only 1 actually stuck to it.

Reid is great with QB's. If you think he has not helped make Vick what he is this season, then you are in denial.

Yep, they were all against Vick until they saw him play. When we signed Pac-Man, I never rooted for him.

Me too. And Pacman looks like Mother Theresa next to Vick.

Wow there are some serious Michael Vick haters on this board... He's the best QB in the NFC East even when Romo is healthy.

Thank goodness it never happened, even if he wins the SB in Cowboys Stadium.
Jerry is a dog lover. I was told he would never even consider it.

Giving him the win tonight. His career record is 39-28-1.

Tony Romo's career record is 38-17

Eli's career record is 50-37.

McNabb's career record is 92-50-1.

He's having a good year so far, but best in the NFC East is one hell of a stretch.

One thing is for certain, he won me my FF matchup this week. I guess I'm happy with that.

I remember people saying that about McNabb when he was an eagle. Ever think maybe Andy Reids system is QB friendly?

Vick didnt look so good before. McNabb hasnt looked good since he left. I guess its just a coincidence.

He couldn't even if he wanted to. The bad publicity would have been too much, especially after getting rid of the clowns after 2008.

Vick's doing things no one ever thought he could. Andy Reid took the best athlete in the NFL and made him the best weapon in the NFL.
