Commanders Vs Giants ***Game Thread***

It must suck to have a long *** drive like that, but come away with nothing.

Yes, those kept us out of the playoffs last year. Glad to it happening to others.

How did the Commanders' offense look so good against the Jaguars, and look this bad today. Did the Jaguars just play a bad game last week.

It's all about making tackles. The Commanders skill players are fast enough that if you miss tackles against them and let them get in the open field they can make big plays. If you contain them on these screens and dinky passes, their offense looks completely inept.

The Jags tend to play much better at home than they do on the road. It didn't look like they gameplanned much for the dink n' dunk Commander offense either.

Well, being this is a big game. Instead of watching at home. I'm heading out to the sports bar for the Dallas game.

Go Dallas. Here's to TO and his 3 TD's today.

Two division games and the Commanders offense has scored a total of 6pts.

Yeah thier offense is clicking.

So much for that vaunted Commander offense, lol. Kind of makes me want to troll over the the skins board to listen to them cry again.

Where are all the Commander trolls at? Praying the Boys lose so they can come back? :lmao2:

It's official the Foreskins have gone back to the familiar world of suck. Enjoy your day.;)

I have major gripes with Gregg Williams' gameplan today. He basically gave the Giants the game with a lack of adjustment and a flawed gameplan from the first snap. After Eli continued to convert 3rd and long, GW STILL didn't start blitzing to put more pressure on him.

I understand the philosophy of trying to protect our weak corners. But if we're already giving up big plays, there is no point in sitting back and allowing it to continue. On 3rd and short, there is no reason why Rogers and Wright should be 10 yards off the reciever. That is essentially giving up the first down, which they did over and over and over again. I don't want to hear any of the apologist excuses. Don't tell me I don't know football, I played and coached the game before, that is just soft football and scared playcalling. There are teams out there with worse corners than ours, and they don't handicap them as much as we do ours.

I can't wait for Springs to return. Not because he's presence will do so much for our secondary, but his return will allow Gregg Williams to rediscover his balls.
