Commanders vs. Texans game thread

It really doesn't matter.

Bellicek, Rex Ryan, Tom Landy in his prime.... still... we'd be an underachieving team.

The same mistakes; penalties, turnovers, defense being hot/cold, inconsistency; it has plagued this administration and the past administration.

One includes a future HOF coach.

Same mistakes.
Same mental gaffes.

Same idiocy.

Its the players.
Who is in charge of getting those players? Makes me think...

Man, The skins are legit!!!!!:laugh2:

No, seriously just kidding...Based on the Texans effort this half, do we stand a chance next weekend? It is in Houston, unfortunately.

If it's a typical Shanahan-coached team, they'll still end up 8-8.

Start strong and then fade at the end.

Except for last year, that sounds like us. Maybe the December swoon has come earlier for us this year.

Not exactly, AFC West isn't near as hard to compete in as the NFCE.

With weak teams like KC and Oak in the division, he should've been getting better records than 8-8.

I hope JG is looking and taking notes of some of the plays that Washington is hitting Houston with....

Know what's funny.

Houston will get stomped out by Washington this week and then Houston will play the best game of their franchise next week.

Good mood or bad, not sure it makes a difference unfortunately.

Cowboys won't be in a bad mood after going 0-2? The mood a team is in means nothing.

Garrett has such a vanilla offense. The Skins offense requires a lot of lateral movement to put pressure on the defense

Play-action works.

Although ours would be a feint, because noone believes that we'll run the football.

Haynesworth is inactive, too.

They win with their distractions.

We crumple.

Fantastic game thus far by Mcnabb. I'm really concerned about the lack of a running game though. Really concerned.

I don't even think the Skins players consider him a distraction. I think they ignore him now.

on a side note

mortreport
Jason Campbell pulled at halftime. Gradkowski in. If Raiders lose to Rams, all eyes on Mr. Davis.
