I agree with what Mickey Spagnola said about Wade being stubborn and not giving up on the 13-3 season and how the giants went 4-4 in the last 2 years.
First, if your going to get catch bees you have to use honey not salt. If you critize someone, shoot them down right off at the start, then that person will get their back up and get defensive. Thats a fact of life, how would you feel if someone made critical remarks about you right off the bat. How would you respond?
So, lets do the opposite, point out the positives that Wade has done. Like Wade said, we have learned from our mistakes, we got some new players in place of the others like Mike Jenkins, Adam Jones & Orlando Scandrick over Jaqcuee Reeves and Nate Jones. Wade best I remember went on to say that the Cowboys need to keep their rhythm going late into the year, and do better. So, lets remind Wade late in the year, you said the Cowboys need to keep their rhythm going late into the year, they need to finish, remind him of this, so he cant back out of it late in the year. Like Wade said and the teams new motto is FINISH!!!!
Ok Wade you said rhythm is important, finish is important, well you need to finish in December and January too, not just the players but yourself too. An old saying in the NFL is that the team takes on the image of their head coach. This came from John Madden.
So Wade, finish what you start. Be an example to the players, and keep them on the mark, not letting up.
