I'll grant people that Jerry is a part of the problem just like his coaches, his players, etc.

Fixing only one issue, however, will not fix the entire issue. You've got to fix all of them or none of them matter.

This organization died when Jimmy Johnson walked out the door.

It revived a bit when Parcells came in but he brought almost as many "look at me" issues as TO.

Jerry Jones is simply one of the worst GMs in professional sports today. He tries, he spends a ton of money and he wants to win for the fans, but the fact is he simply doesn't realize that as a GM he doesn't have a clue what the ingredients are for a successful team.
