Not sure if posted but a good read
We must cut Deonte Thompson by week 10 to get a 3th round comp pick for Hitchens.

    Easy decision...

It depends on how he has played and what his production is as to whether the decision is easy or not. Will the coaches utilize his speed and give him opportunities and will he make the catch, or will he be a ghost on the sideline.

I think the question is more like can Dak get the long ball to him with his speed?

Or a comeback route when it counts to keep the chains moving. He was getting separation last week.

We already cut him. He was free to sign with anyone, why would he count

Depends on a few things. If Thompson is making a difference, and making plays, then is that draft pick more important at that point.
Also when is Thompson a FA. Was his contract a 1 or 2 year deal.

And, depends on the health of Noah Brown. Can he come in and replace the production of Thompson, if he is producing.
Also wasn't Thompson doing KR duties, game 1, and is he still doing this week 10.

Way too early to really look at this. But it is an interesting thought and good info to know.

With all of the bodies at the position, I could live with that.

Most receivers were getting at least some separation last week. Much of the time guys were open.
