Comp pick formula final - FA 2.0

From what I hear, the comp pick formula is now set so picking up free agents now to replace guys that are gone won't affect any comp picks a team may have gotten for guys that they lost in free agency.
This is what many have said is the reason teams wait for to sign more free agents so as not to lose out on comp picks by doing so.

I guess that started at 3:00 today so will we see any free agents picked up?

Lol, they signed free agents and traded for players, and their draft was outstanding.

I'm guessing if the right WR for the right price came along the Cowboys would be interested. Other than that, probably won't see much until August and injuries start happening.
