They've never given out a 2nd rounder as compensation if I remember correctly, only 3rd and lower. The picks (round and quantity) also depend on who we lose compared to who we sign in free agency.

It wouldn't be directly for Flo but the NFL awards compensation picks based on a complicated formula that takes into account the free agents you lose as well as the free agents you sign.
