The @NFL's practice and participation report is changing. Here are the details for the 2016 season:

Seems to just add ways to fine teams. Once again the NFL takes something not broken and think they are improving it, only to actually break it.

How about a player is either playing or not playing. Simple.
All those reports were good for was Vegas odds, something the NFL says they don't approve of. gambling on games.....

I think that's what the rule has to do with is how the Patriots do it.....cheating franchise
