We hear this term a lot and I think the Cowboys have built a scheme that is starting to excel at playing this type of game.
  • Run the football and win TOP
  • Have a deep threat and take shots downfield keeping the opposing D honest
  • Protect the football
  • Keep the defense fresh for maximum effort
  • Deploy aggressive coverages and trust the pass rush
  • Maintain run discipline and contain the opposition's running game
The Cowboys certainly need to improve their ball security, but they are playing with a high level of confidence. How different would the game have been Thursday night if the Cowboys didn't turn the ball over? It's going to be interesting to see how they respond against Philly. Looking for the trend to continue and see this team roll into the post season with some lethal momentum.

The other thing about them turning the ball over that many times. And Dak getting sacked that many times. They would typically lose, as many teams would.
But yet they won against an elite team.

I don't see the...well we have not beat a winning team yet...crowd around. Even when we beat the Commanders, and the Eagles when they were at .500 and still the SB champs. That crowd discredited the wins.

Well, what now crowd?
