Offseason Transactions:
-Resign Greg Hardy: Was a head case for the early part of the year but still graded out as one of our best Defenders
-Resign Rolando: Good Linebackers is something you just don't let walk away.
-Resign Claiborne: Has been pretty good this year and with better safety play/pass rush. I think he can really improve
-Cut Carr and Church: They just do not make any plays and haven't in the time they've been in Dallas.
-Cut Nick Hayden

Free Agency
-Sign Eric Berry to play SS
-Sign Wilkerson: Dallas will have a ton of salary cap room and Wilkerson is worth it as a premiere defensive linemen.

Draft -
1st Round:

With the 4th pick the Dallas Cowboys Select -

Jalen Ramsey FS/CB Florida St.
-Could potentially solidify our secondary like we haven't seen since Woodson left.

2nd Round:
With the 35th pick the Dallas Cowboys Select

Derrick Henry RB Alabama.
-Anytime you have a chance to select a heisman running back, you have to take it. Kid can be a great player for the next 5 Years, Easily.

3rd Round:
Sterling Shepard WR Oklahoma
-Fast, Shifty and just plain electric.

Potential 2016 Line-up:
Defense:
LE- Lawrence/Gregory
DT- Crawford
1Tech- Wilkerson
RE- Hardy/Gregory
LOLB-Lee
MLB-Rolando
ROLB-Hitchens
CB-Scandrick
CB-Byron Jones/Claiborne
FS-Ramsey
SS-Berry

Offense:
QB:Romo
RB:Henry/Dunbar
WR:Dez
WR:Williams
Slot WR:Sterling
TE: Jason Witten
LT:Smith
LG:Collins
C:Fredrick
RG:Martin
RT:Green/Free - whoever wins camp competition.

That lineup would put fear into every team in the NFC next year...

Pretty sure most of this won't happen, but I'm with you for the most part. Only thing I don't like is there's no future QB in those plans.

Need a qb and I would keep Jones at safety but I like your thinking.

After a year like this I don't see how anyone doing a mock doesn't take a qb. Other than that I like the draft

I'm at the point where I think a different solution is needed at MLB. I like that he was such a bargain but I just don't think Ro is that into football and there seems to be a concussion issue with him. MLB is usually the captain of a 4-3 D and he's kind of MIA more than I'd like.

Also, I think free agency is more along the lines of Tashaun Gipson-FS at Cleveland and maybe another S like Delmas. Then, a replacement for Ro McClain like Danny Travathan. If we're not willing to select a DT in RD1, hard to see us paying big money for one in free agency. Maybe a DT like Ahtyba Rubin or something low key. Berry and Wilkerson will get tagged if they don't sign before free agency starts.

Some say this isnt a good year to draft a QB high because theres too many needs.

This is a Madden off season. Would be ecstatic to get Wilkerson though.
