Looks like we do have two 6th round picks. I know there was some question about whether this was true or not.

1 - 22
2 - 53
3 - 87
4 - 118
5 - 149
6 - 180, 185
7 - 193, 215, 218

Wonder how high we could move up if we package 2 of the 7th rounders and 1 of the 6th rounders? Maybe get a low 4th round?

I need to find a value chart . . . .

The two highest 7th round picks and the higher 6th round pick equal roughly 40 points.

That'll get you a low 4th or move you up about half the board in the 4th or about a third of the board in the 3rd.

This is the order until the compensatory picks are awarded. They are usually added at the ends of the 3rd through 7th rounds. So the 4th round through 7th rounds picks will move down a bit.

So turns out we only got a 6th for Snale?
7th. It's the 218th pick. I guess that officially settles it.

Right. This just gives us something "official" to look at right now. :)

Who could we get comp picks for?

Fujita?

Every year AdamJT13 projects the compensatory picks for all 32 teams and what round. He is amazingly accurate. I'm actually looking forward to that projection.

Of course I remember that, it's always like Christmas.

I was just wondering who we even qualify to receive them for.

Fujita seems likely, since we just didn't resign him. Not Copper, since we cut him, not Shanle, since we traded him.

Key? Glover?

We didn't get any comp picks.

Those are only if you lose players you drafted.

7's for Ryan and Shanle.

6 for Hunter.

I don't think it has anything to do with whether or not you drafted them. The comp picks are based on whether you lost more UFAs than you signed. I just don't know how many we lost, and how many we signed.

I get that confused every year.

We clearly signed more than we lost.

Lost Fuji, Tucker.....

Does Peterman count?

Key, Glover, Fujita, Tucker, Anthony Thomas went to the Bills, was Ryan a UFA? Dan Campbell? I just can't remember if we cut these players or if they were UFAs. Or even if that matters, like with Larry.

Key, Glover cut.

LA was year before.

Anthony Thomas?

Ryan traded for 7.

FA's were Fujita, Tucker......

VS TO, Kosier, Akin, Vandy, Boiman, Fabini, Coleman, Hannam

UNRESTRICTED FREE AGENT (UFA): A player whose contract has expired and has four or more tenured years in the league. He may sign with any other team with no restrictions.

So, if players who are cut don't count, how many of those players we signed were cut from their former teams, and does that even matter?

Confusing, to say the least. We'll see.
