In reality it’s true. Our D gives up an average of a little under 20 a game.

They gave up 34 in regulation to a team with a losing record.

O did their job.

again, in a vacuum yes

in this game situation? Totally on offense that they can’t score a FG to win

This game was mostly on the D, but while the O put 34, they also gave the Jags 14. Our final play in regulation was a head scratcher, no matter what the analytics say. Angers punt wasn't a good one and that didn't help.

We didn't play a good game all the way around. Put it in the rear view mirror and go on to Filly. Hopefully, the sloppy play is behind us.

Please add in Turpin coming out the endzone and getting the ball to the 15 when he could have stayed and we would have been at the 25 yard line. We played like dookie yesterday in all phases of the game in the second half.

It has nothing to do with being in a vaccuum. If the offense scores a lot of points and the team loses it’s the Ds fault.

If the D allows a low number of points to the opposing team and the team loses its the Os fault.

It’s common sense.

....seeing the silver lining in this. Good thing it happened with 3 games remaining.

Don't forget special teams, that punt by Anger with less than 2 minutes left was bad and so was the coverage.

No excuse for the Jags to get the ball on the 30-yard line when you punt from your own 38 with the game on the line.

I'm going to do something I never thought I would and agree with Shannon Sharpe, the loss was 70% defense, 30% Dak. You might make it more like 15% Dak and 15% play calling.
umm NOah brown beignthrown perfcet pass to have it go through his hands and bonce of his chest and end the game with pick 6 has to be part of this, Daks first INT watch super slow mo see his tripcep, back shoulder being grazed as he followed through from the player behind him, its hard to pick up but its there.
