Everytime I click on any application by clicking on the icon on my desktop or browse folders, go to the countrol panel etc etc, Windows freezes for a split second. Also, whenever I close the any application Windows freezes for a split second.
I believe this started when I got Verizon Fios, but I want to keep an open mind to be able to solve the issue.
I have ran Malwarebytes, Spybot and a Virus Scan.
Looking at my processes, I see "agent.exe" and "teatime.exe", which the latter is for Spybot.
Is there a utility I can use to check my RAM? Any other useful advice would be appreciated.
