Quick update, replaced the PSU with a EVGA 750watt Gold and so far the rebooting problem seems to be fixed.
Everyone gets a like and a firm hearty handshake!

i came in too late but yea - my pc would do that when my PS wouldn't keep up with the video. good to see you're fixed up.
