NFL Stadiums do not last as long anymore due to the Teams don't share income made at the Stadium itself. So, it's always a "Keeping up with the Jones" (literally in this case)

The crappy thing about it is the tax payers pay for hundreds of millions of dollars of the cost, yet get nothing except incredibly expensive PSL and high ticket charges in return.

yeah the people should get 10% of the gate for the life of the stadium.

Man, I live in the DC area, and this is the first time I've seen that rendering. It looks, um.....interesting? Definitely doesn't look like a football stadium, but hey, they haven't looked much like a football team over the last two decades, so it's perfect! Love the moat/pond/thingy. Now when they fire their coach every two years, they can make him walk the plank on his way out!
